~How much of the ocean fills your jar?
So young our understanding, so mature our surrounding,
say less, lean more, depart.

-Rumi.

How much sorrow can you
hold in your heart

how many tears,
till you fall apart

how hard must you laugh to
prove that you’re well

how loud must you scream,
how hard must you fight,
to prove that you’re present
and that you hurt, and you feel.

How vastly must you love,
to care for yourself–

To break free from the demons,
that’ve cast you to this hell.
